2011- present: International Research Professor & Lecturer, Yeungnam University, South Korea.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting research work and teaching undergrad classes. My research area at YU includes mapping core of scientific domains, particularly MIS theories and constructs; Knowledge-based innovation; application of social networking analysis in MIS domain; Triple Helix; and e-government. And I mainly tech Media related topics, such as, the internet and society; online journalism, etc.

2006-2008: General Manager Networks & Hardware: ICT Directorate, Ministry Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Kabul Afghanistan
Key responsibilities: Formulating IT standards & policies for MCIT and other ministries in Afghanistan. Write proposals and project documents and telecommunication standards. Supervise managers of network & Hardware departments. Liaise with other ministries on the policies, standards and international best practice. Write up standards keeping in view the ISO standards for the hardware market. Train the MCIT staff both in the center and as well in the provincial offices of the MCIT on networks. Arrange seminars and workshops on topics in networks e.g. standards, new technologies. Develop recommendations and ToR for additional specialists in the implementation of ICT projects. Respond to the wide variety of information requests from stakeholders in the project area, including etc. Design MCIT and National Data Center network and Active directory and Support other ministers in designing the networks and active directory.

2005-2006: Technical Support Engineer, Safecom Technologies Limit (shenztech, China), Peshawar branch office
Key responsibilities: Providing technical support to customers from all over the world for shenztech products (ADSL routers ,wireless Routers, access points, switches, VoIP and SIP phones, wireless card, firewalls, caddies, PDAs, blue tooth, fire wire etc )via: Email service, Live chat, IP Phone, and Posting through Forum.
